Discovering the True You Intensives
Start the journey to discover, love, and live from your true self. You are utterly unique. Your specific calling is only to you — and you are the only person in the world who can be who God created you to be.
This intensive will launch you on a course to know your true identity which results in focus and rest. You won’t waste time and energy striving to be something, or someone, that you were not created to be. You can focus on being the you that God delights in and the one who easily bears much fruit. The result will be a joyful intentionality for your life.
This intensive will have thoughtful personal work to help you find your identity. Be prepared to go deep. You will look at your past for patterns and themes. You will look toward the future for where your efforts are best spent. And you will look up to see what God has to say about your personal identity through Scripture or words spoken through Him in other ways.
You will find freedom and fruitfulness by discovering who you were created to be and by aligning your rhythms of life in the areas of your true identity.
By the end of this intensive you will gain:
- Deeper appreciation for your past as part of the bigger story of your life
- Better understanding of your unique identity — who God created you to be
- Increased confidence to live out your unique calling
- Freedom and focus to be only yourself
- Greater rest and refreshment as you lay aside things that don’t fit and don’t work

“I found this retreat to be life changing.
It was very difficult and emotional at first when we did a timeline of our lives with the good, the bad and the ugly. The first half of my timeline was full of a lot of pain from neglect, loneliness and a complete lack of love, acceptance and affection. I had no voice and no self really, certainly little self awareness of myself as a unique individual.
Seeing all the hard, painful truths about my life all at once was completely overwhelming for a while …. But God!
But God turned it all around and showed me where HE was in my life when I didn’t even know him.
